Scope and Applicability
Although FTFA-SAO does not require user registration or maintain a database of personal information, we may collect certain personal data automatically through website analytics, cookies, and server logs. This includes IP addresses, browser types, pages visited, and usage patterns. Under the CCPA/CPRA, this information qualifies as "personal information" if it can reasonably be linked to a California resident.

Our processing of personal information is based on legitimate interest in providing and improving our informational services, ensuring website security, and complying with legal obligations. We do not rely on consent for this processing, as permitted under CCPA/CPRA for non-commercial purposes.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise your rights under CCPA/CPRA, please contact us by email at [email protected] with the subject line "CCPA/CPRA Request". Include your full name, email address, and the specific right you wish to exercise. We may request verification of your identity before fulfilling your request.
